When I managed my music with amarok i suddenly thought of how nice it would be if i could open more playlists at the same time, so i can move the music easy from one playlist to another. To realize it i think tabs would be best.I think it won't be that fantastic better but at least not quite...

[idea] amaroK playlist with album covers 2.0

It could be nice if amaroK shows the cover in the entire albums of the playlist. I'm speaking just about entire albums, but not about partial or not organized albums in the playlist. So the only case I mean is when the user selects and album in the "Collection" tab and dropes it in the playlist...
