Te has tomado muy a pecho este asunto, trata de relajarte un poco.

Si opendesktop admite "Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial NoDerivatives" es valido de usar.

Ahora, el problema de la primera versión de Antü fue usar una licencia que al final el creador se arrepintió y con la versión 2, comenzó desde cero para poder usar una licencia que a el le pareciera mejor; ahora, la historia contra el creador de la capitanie pues no me quiero meter porque no conozco a ciencia cierta todo el asunto...

Si Antü 2 aun esta en opendesktop es porque los admin no han visto ninguna infracción.

Traten de calmarse un poco y pues no es necesario ver estos pleitos en comentarios que no benefician a nadie. - Sep 03 2018

Se que no debo de meterme en el tema, pero si revisas el repositorio Github en los commits de Antü 2, veras que comenzo con la licencia LIMA y luego paso a CC BY-ND-NC

Como te ha dicho Fabian, no confundas Antü 1 con la segunda version, ya que fue hecha desde cero sin basarse en nada en la primera versión.

Si tengo algunos permisos "especiales" con Antü es porque he llegado a un acuerdo y el tiene que aprobar lo que voy a realizar.

Cuando este en mi lecho de muerte, dejare a alguien a cargo que este muy calificado para que continué mi trabajo (si es que lo encuentro).

La licencia CC BY-CC-ND escuda el trabajo del creador a evitar bifurcaciones y mantener el trabajo como el creador a querido que sea desde un inicio, pero la licencia da libre albedrío a modificaciones y estudio para uso personal.

Considero la CC BY-CC-ND como una licencia que es justa con el creador para mantener su trabajo "único". - Sep 03 2018
