You mean for the color palette or the folder icons? If it is the folder ones, I don't want to create too many variants as that could become a nightmare to maintain, but I want to improve the script to generate them, so that anyone can easily create custom variants. - Oct 11 2020

The app icons for jetbrains IDEs are hardcoded, so you have to manually change them. Anyway, this theme used to include icons for them, but the default ones match perfectly with the rest of icons of the theme, so it didn't make that much sense to include them anyway.

About the folders, you need to download another icon theme with a different folder color.
