Panel theme is in my TODO list. For now, maybe the Flat-Remix-GTK theme can fit your panel, it includes a theme for cinnamon panel and uses the same color palette as skeuos (not the same design, but the colors match)

The shell theme is here https://www.gnome-look.org/p/1013030/
I don't want to include a shell theme with the gtk theme because it can't support all versions. The GTK theme supports almost any version of GTK, but not the shell ones, so if I include one, then it will be broken with any other version of the shell.
Flat-Remix-GNOME theme is called that way because it was initially created for the flat-remix theme, but skeuos gtk uses the same color-palette and both work great together. I still have to create the scripts for the shell color variants, to match all the colors that skeuos has, I just didn't have the time for now, and the GNOME 40 update was important.

Anyway, if you could add a rate based on your opinion of the theme, and not about the lack of shell theme that would be much appreciated ;) - Apr 21 2021

Hi! thanks for the feedback. Firefox is not too happy about the theme, not sure why. I don't have that issue with the buttons on the right side but it does show minor differences with the animations. I'll take a look and try to fix it soon ;) - Apr 15 2021

Hi! I can't add another variant as that would make it hard to maintain, but with this update I've made dark buttons a bit lighter for better contrast and now the close titlebutton shows the highlight color, so now it's easy to spot the window in focus. It's hard to maintain that many variants. But modifying it is really simple, find the file gnome-shell.css and search '#panel {' (it appears twice, so modify the last one). There you can set the background-color: currently is set to `background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2);`

You need to modify the styling for 'titlebutton'. If you want to make a cleaner modification you can edit the source scss files (you need to install sass to process them), and inside the `src/sass` dir run `make clean && make build`. That will regenerate the css files for all the theme variants

My modifications for the titlebuttons are inside `src/sass/gtk-sass/_common-tweaks`.

The theme is heavily based on adwaita, so it should have hover highlights (with a lighter color). The issue is... this theme uses very light colors, so when hovering the color change is unnoticeable. The dark theme does show that change.
