Download and extract Grub2-theme CyberSynchro 1.0.0 .tar.gz
Copy the "CyberSynchro" folder with root privileges to /boot/grub/themes/
Edit /etc/default/grub and add:
GRUB_THEME=/boot/grub/themes/CyberSynchro/theme.txt
Update grub :
# sudo update-grub
