All coloured elements (e.g. check boxes, sliders, switches, etc) are changed into blue to provide a more consistent and comfortable visual experience; The top bar is transparent when no window is maximised (starting from GNOME Shell 3.26); Open Sans is the default font of the theme; and Other minor changes and fixes. The latest version features the redesign of running-app indicators for dash and dash-to-dock (See Screenshot).
The theme includes three variants:
Dark title bar and light window's background (Flat-Plat-Blue) Light title bar and light window's background (Flat-Plat-Blue-Light) Dark title bar and dark window's background (Flat-Plat-Blue-Dark) Each variant comes with normal and compact themes for different screen sizes.

The Origin Story
I forked and modified the Flat-Plat Theme for personal use, but I reckoned there were people out there who wanted a colour scheme that was more comfortable to look at, so I put together the theme and release it. You are welcomed to fork it and make further modifications yourself.
The theme is without doubt the best and most elegant, I'm using it on Gnome 3.26.2..
I preferred however the bar always transparent black hideous and also buttons are scarce...
I love what you've done with your theme - I think it's a great new take on Flat-Plat. I do have one little problem, though. The white font in the title bar is unreadable with the white clouds on my wallpaper in the background. Could you or someone give me some pointers as to how I could change the font color in the Top Bar to black? That would be great!
There's no easy way to do that. You need to tweak the css in gnome-shell folder.
Look for /* TOP BAR */ inside _common.scss. Add the color you want inside the #panel {} block, then run parse-sass.sh and see if it works.
in shotwell 0.23 the theme prevents scrolling at the events-overviews and makes the fonts nearly unreadable (whit font on light grey backround)
apart from that, the theme is awesome!

Is this theme for Gnome 3.20? Because it doesn't work in Fedora 23...
Yes this is for 3.20. Sorry for not being clear on the description. Which version of Gnome are you currently using?
Thanks for clarifying, maybe you should say it somewhere. I'm using Gnome 3.18, the version that ships with Fedora 23.
