Description: Alkano Chameleon is one of my Alkano serie. Its a X11 mouse theme of 32 pixels, fully built with Inkscape. Constantly changes color, just like a chameleon.
Alkano's full serie: Black, Accent Blue Base, Accent Green Base, Orange Base, Accent Red Base and White.
To all the fans of this subject, tell them that I have re-split all the serie, because: 1. The KDE community has asked me for because, KDE has the ability to browse and download different artwork from the OpenDesktop.org website, for add new artwork to our computers, using the Get Hot New Stuff standard, which KDE supports in its System Settings preference area; In the future, all distros will have a similiar settings tool. 2. With multi sized versions there are no problems, but i have seen that in my Dropbox links to artworks, they not work when I select them in New Stuff Area. 3. On the packs as they are various split theme sizes in a compressed file, here are problems to install them with the kde new stuff area. 4. When I install a mouse theme, and I want to install another which is on the same page, I have to uninstall the previous one and then install the new theme. 5. I love how KDE makes new artwork available right from the desktop. I browse through those other websites anyway, but for installing new artwork quickly and efficiently, without worrying about expanding an archive and finding where it goes on the system, this is better by far. It's fast, easy to browse, and puts everything right at your fingertips. Other operating systems should be so lucky.
I tested it under Pantheon, Cinnamon 2.0 with Muffin, KDE 4.10.5 with Kwin, Xfce 4.10, also Gnome 2/3.x and it works great. I added it symlinks for some cursors required for Steam, and all required for Pantheon, Cinnamon, KDE, Xfce, Gnome, and Unity.
I decided to upload it, and after will go improving it. I would like change a few things so you can expect updates. If you find any bugs, please let me know in comments section.
If you don't know how to install a mouse theme with multi sized property, like this one, go to http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=164435, there you can see all instruccions for KDE, Cinnamon, and Xfce. You can use the Cinnamon instructions for Pantheon.
