Description:
Adds "Run script in konsole" to action menu on scripts.

copy/save .desktop file in
/home/$USER/.kde4/share/kde4/services/

I've adapted it for use on Ark Linux using kde 3.5. Both a regular user and root version user (root only works with pam). This allows a user with special permission (set through pam) to handle things like audioKonverter installs as root for global use. Regulars have no access to the root version. I greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
