Unfortunately, Peace KDM theme is only for KDE 3.X, so I decided to update it

Both download links are broken =/. Could you please fix this?
I was unhappy with the defaults in 4.3.1, and am very happy with this theme. Would like to see this be a "KDE Default".
Oh, and used the Splash Screen, too, this is VERY nice!

When I apply this theme I get the Glassified logon theme instead..
I'm afraid, the download file Peace-KDM.tar.gz contains the wrong background.svg. Please have a look on it.
