Description:
First file contain an istaller for Mystras OS KDM default Theme, is ispired by Helium KDM Theme.
Second file contain a compress folder with the same theme inside.
Extract your archive in your KDM theme folder, probably:/usr/share/kde4/apps/kdm/themes/
