This is the Kvantum part of my full CyberHack theme which you can find here: https://www.pling.com/p/1620049/ (it also includes the Kvantum theme).
In the full theme, there's also Plasma and qt5ct or qt6ct color schemes. And the repo has the full theme too, so if you want to update more or less automatically, I'd recommend to clone it.

It's hacker-looking, futuristic, cyberpunkish and glowing, somewhat Matrix-like. Its main colors are cyan and green, and is a dark theme too. It has transparency (so you'd better have a window manager that can blur backgrounds, such as KWin). If you'd like to have a solid version (no transparency for the windows, although it keeps some for the menus), the full CyberHack theme linked above has one.
