Bugfixes, game launchers & context menu cleanup3 days ago

- Bring Sours-Full-Color in line with Sours
- Fix and add game launcher icons
- Tab controls, like 'Detach tab' or 'Close other tabs' in the Dolphin tab context menu, are better differentiated
- Kate tab context menu is now fully themed
- The toolar of the KDE Menu Editor (the window that opens when you click 'Edit Applications' in the launcher context menu) is now fully themed
- 'Show Alternatives' in the Plasma panel context menu is finally themed! It's widget-alternatives.svg, which of course seems obvious in retrospect
- Assorted other improvements
