This is a service menu that runs secure-delete. If you do not have secure delete installed. Install through your distro package manager. There are 2 desktop files sdel-desktop and srm-desktop. There are 2 versions. Once you have installed secure delete. Open a terminal and execute which srm and again with which sdel. Which will show you which version you have. Download appropriate archive extract and run install.sh. Deinstall.sh if you want to remove it. This will secure-delete files and or directories. No reason to have seperate actions
