Description: Plasma 6 widget that displays the currently used network bandwidth.
The appearance can be customized in the configuration dialog and a user defined application (eg. nethogs) can be launched when the applet is clicked.
Required dependencies:
- awk
Optional dependencies:
- plasma-addons (may be called plasma5-addons, kdeplasma-addons or similar - used to launch a user defined application when the applet is clicked)Last changelog:
I cannot use it. the error says:
"
plasmaCore.DataSource is not a type. main.qml line 52
"
as I have seen the docs on plasmoid 5 to 6 migration, it should be changed in the new code base and in the github it has been changed.
so I might have some caching issues !!!
10Can't live without this one. Although I do love the settings on the older, deprecated version more (before the upload/download icon change) a bit more than this version. But, since this is the only working version...
Well, I use this widget everytime I do a fresh install of a distro, and keep on using it until the distro breakdown. LOL Highly recommended this one to be included on the default Plasma preinstall widget set. Good work, mate.

10 Thank you very much for porting it to Plasma 6 at the beginning of the new era. Many didn't do it and I have my Plasma 6 all broken.
10 Great!! I was waiting for the port of this. My favourite network monitor applet. Simple and functional.
