Description:
Modified version of the Windows Classic theme by PixelOCDguy, which can be found here:
https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1718306
It's changed to have its colors resemble more the actual Windows classic colors, insted of the Windows default from 2000/ME/XP, and the start menu banner was changed to Windows 98's
