The idea to create such a topic came to my mind completely by accident. I have heard in the past that it is possible to install a theme on Grub. Recently I've been wondering about it, started searching for themes and realized that there are no suitable themes on the Internet and decided to create my own one. So this theme appeared)))

How to install a grub theme:

  1. Extract the theme to /boot/grub/themes/

  2. Edit /etc/default/grub file. Find the line starting with "#GRUB_THEME" and change it to "GRUB_THEME=/boot/grub/themes/[THEME_FOLDER]/[theme.txt]" (replace [THEME_FOLDER] ; [theme.txt] is probably OK ; remove "[]" brackets)

  3. Run sudo update-grub
