Hi, I installed this theme and now my KWin and tooltips are transparent. Can you please tell me how do I disable that?
Just restart the program or log out or reboot. It happens to me too. Sometimes (but rarely), when Lightly is executed, wrong parts of programs are transparent. As the developers of this Application style say - it's a work in progress. It's nothing serious.
