Description:
Ubuntu/Mint-compatible service menu option for setting an image file as the desktop background/wallpaper.

Copies the image to the home folder and then sets it using gsettings.
Last changelog:

Fixed background sometimes not being updated by gsettings

V1.1: Fixed background sometimes not being updated by gsettings by randomizing the copied image file name.
