Have you tried the latest one ? 13.13 in that the plus variant has more Governers and has been tuned for extreme performance, and in stable variant it is more on balanced side with minimum Governers

It is not exact but every 1 minute there is a performance drop. In the last version the same thing happened to me too
somewhat new to this (kernel and custom rom) I have a simple question. What is the difference between the hydra plus kernel and the ROSS?
