Also, I figured out how to get floating tabs working. Basically you need to have a normal widget, not just a toggled widget. I actually did this before, but I must have misnamed the normal widget or something.

This screenshot shows both document mode and tab widget tabs. It's subtle, but the tab widget is a lighter color than the background color. It's important because both LibreOffice and Dolphin use document mode tabs.

I might actually release these at some point, given that I've made some changes, and there's no git for me to submit them to. I would still prefer to have something that's much easier to recolor, though (or preferably follows the color-scheme, but Kvantum doesn't do that).
