To install, download kvs-video.lua and place it in the correct folder. This depends on your system. In some cases you may have to create the folder yourself. on Windows: C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\vlc\lua\playlist\
on macOS: /Users/(your username)/Library/Application Support/org.videolan.vlc/lua/playlist/

Fix the resolution choice
Choose the correct video resolution when a choice is available. Not working for 3movs though.
