This program adds an .exe with a gui to VLC Custom TV that allows users to click through
their channels and eliminates the need to open and compile code to create channels.

Allows users to create customized "tv" channels based on locally stored media. If you close
the media player while channel is running and open it up 5 minutes later, the video will have advanced by
5 minutes. Users can scroll through channels with the GUI. Effortlessly watch, create, and browse
through as many channels as you want, it's your tv.
