This looks "Neonyt-Global" theme.
I checked everything, and I also took over Theme in "VirtualBox", and everything is fine.
I don't know what's the problem, try again later.

Yes, it was about Neonyt. I have previously installed a standalone version of icons from Neonyt, not the whole theme. This must have caused that error when i was trying to install the whole theme. Strange. I uninstalled Neonyt icons only and after that installing the whole Neonyt theme went smoothly.
Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.
