10I tried it in Mint, even though it has no cinnamon files for the desktop. I substituted the cinnamon folder from my NiteFlite-C theme, which is also a cyan colored theme.
I really so like this theme a lot. But your versioning is horrible. I can never tell just which version is the most recent. Please change to a normal (or at least more understandable) versioning scheme. I would also love if you could possibly make a cinnamon theme for this as well?

i can change: Window borders, Icons and controls but in desktop it doesn't appear.

It lacks the cinnamon files to run in Mint, davelion873.
