Description: NightBlue is a clear theme. I used the default theme E23, which I modified the first time with Darkmod theme. I also used the oz-23 menu theme.
Looks really nice. Maybe the buttons could get a bit more "bubbly" to fit to the menu highlights better. Also maybe use something more extravagant for the three icons on the window bar?
Don't get me wrong, I think it's cool. And I am happy to find people publishing e23 themes.
