1) copy the file trainplymouth to usr/share/plymouth/themes/
2) on terminal : sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/share/plymouth/themes/default.plymouth default.plymouth /usr/share/plymouth/themes/trainplymouth/trainplymouth.plymouth 100
3) on terminal : sudo update-alternatives --config default.plymouth (write the number of the theme)
4) on terminal : sudo update-initramfs -u
5) reboot your PC
It should work
