why did you add "04-com.github.vinceliuice.Vimix-Dark.tar.xz" to archive list? It is my favorite theme to use for my panel, and I only know how to download and install it from "Get New Themes...". Doder theme is too bright for my taste.
Now I'm working on porting my left themes (like matcha, canta, mojave...) on kde, when I finished I'll try design some theme for Plasma, Because plasma is really a great desktop, I really love it now!
This seems to be made by the community of manjaro, thinking that matcha has been selected as the default theme of manjaro, but I still want to make a different matcha-kde theme according to my design.
Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.
