Description: Another old-school production. It's impressive how close QSS stylesheets allow you to get to pixel-perfect replication of other interfaces. The combined systray and clock, for example, was created by only using 3 of the 4 cardinal directions' border options.
This isn't perfect--there's an annoying space in the start menu I can't seem to get rid of after the word Start--but it's close enough to fool a casual observer at first glance. There are good Win9x/2K Openbox themes to use out there, too.
This theme doesn't provide window borders. There are actually some really good Win9x/2K Openbox themes out there, I just didn't have one on me at the moment. Combined with this theme, it would make for a very nice modern take on the old 9x/2K paradigm :)

Great! Keep this job running! I suggest removing the flat windows borders, because I dont like Win10. Cheers!
