Description:
Another Oxygen-alike for Openbox.

I found one by a user named Tobgle which had an intruiging solution to the problem of Openbox's use of .xbm files for drawing window button images: using dotted lines instead of entire circles. This theme is mostly my own work, but it uses his .xbm files verbatim; the original theme may be found here: https://www.box-look.org/p/1017631/

The reason I made this is that I don't feel the rest of that theme quite matches the Oxygen window decoration look all that well. I had originally made one entirely from scratch, but was about to give up due to not being able to get the buttons to look right. In searching for inspiration here I came across Tobgle's theme, and the rest is history. I did try making a modified version of those .xbm files that were more filled-in, but it didn't look right; his is the definitive version of those buttons.
