When I apply this theme, what is supposed to happen? Because, from the example, I envisioned the panel to either be the colour selected or be transparent, but it does neither. When I click on the menu button, the menu is a slightly transparent grey. I chose the green apple theme. Fire Fox and all tops of programs and folders I open do show green title. Green windows borders and green control. The green is pretty. I wish the panel and menu would be the same green colour or whatever colour I've selected.

Every theme can have dark variant. when you open an application like gthumb which supports dark variant it shows dark theme. but your theme only has light variant.

For Selected color same as the title color:
Your theme has many colors. It is very nice to have these options but when I use a color, for example dark gray, the select color remain the same as blue. I mean this:

I see and I also see you made a whole revamp of the shell theme, that's awesome and a huge improvement, thanks! OSD may need a slight tweak in color but that's a minor, thanks! Is the linked repository the best way to report something related to the theme?
Ok, so here's what I've found after the 11-23-2018 theme update:
- 365OS and Color have a big square highlight on nautilus, it is way less evident in dark version than colorized versions, but it's present in all of them https://postimg.cc/gnWxhhv2 this square exceeds the dimensions of the path segment and also appears in white when hovering over any segment of the path bar.
- Also nautilus related for both 365OS and Color themes, whenever you change the path bar to text mode (for example, when you click the search icon or press ctrl + l to write down the path manually) the text appears in white color over the white text area, which makes it unreadable https://postimg.cc/68wwzL3y
- Last related to shell theme in both, the On-Screen Displays in all of the themes have a dark green accent, regardless of the color theme combination. As you can see I'm using the new blue scheme, but the OSD for both volume (in the picture) and the brightness have the aforementioned color https://postimg.cc/Yh7qywDr. This is probably related to untouched OSD styles in gnome-shell theme, try to change .osd-window class and its derivates (for example, the bar is a levelBar widget from GTK 3, can be styled with pure CSS with as a levelbar element with a .osd-window parent or using the -barlevel-height, -barlevel-background-color, -barlevel-active-background-color, -barlevel-overdrive-color, -barlevel-overdrive-separator-width and -barlevel-border-width, but I think those are not recommended anymore) please read about levelBar widget here: https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/GtkLevelBar.html

Thanks for your reminding. I didn't find problems with nautilus before, and the gnome-shell theme was made in a hurry, so there are still some places that haven't been modified. I will fix it as soon as possible. If you find any other problems, please leave me a message
Just as a mention, I'm using the latest GNOME stable version (3.30.2) and it introduced some changes in the path bar on Nautilus, maybe that is why I'm seeing some things. I don't know how are people keeping backward compatibility though, sorry about it. Probably making a GTK 3.22 folder would do the trick, but honestly, I don't remember if 3.28 used GTK 3.20 or if it wouldn't accept 3.22
