Description:
Work in progress (my first look and feel and opendesktop package)
Includes the panel icon I use in the assets folder, but it doesn't automatically set for some reason.

For the panel icon I recommend: https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1120825/ (Has many minimal distro icons)
Icon theme I use: La Capitaine - https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1148695/
I use Latte Dock: Should be available on your package manager (dnf install latte-dock)

Global Themes

Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.
