This only changes my colors to grey and removes my toolbar. Also, the previews aren't bold like my Vim is now.

How are you loading the colorscheme? I didn't edit the cterm colors; they are the same as lucius. The obsidian colors will only work in GVim. As for the toolbar, I can't explain it. There is absolutely no line in the file that alters 'guioptions', the value that is used to show or hide the toolbar, tab bar, and so on. The source is right there-- look for yourself.
