Keeping with the joke originally made by box-look.org member tecu, Whisky Jack is named after a particular type of grey bird (as was dumetella). Whisky Jack is essentially a forked version of tecu's original dumetella theme. dumetella was intended to fit the newer Greybird GTK 2/3 theme better than shimmerproject.org's default Openbox theme.
I have made a few cosmetic modifications where I see fit and cleaned up the themerc file.
Pro tip: The letterpress effect on window titles (done by tecu) looks best with a bold font.

Best greybird openbox theme in my opinion! I tweaked the colors on the window titlebars a little bit though, to better distinguish focused and unfocused windows:
- replaced #6f6f6f with 4f4f4f
- replaced #8a8a8a with #9a9a9a
