Looks good with Paper icons, and OSX-Arc-White theme (see screenshots).
How to install:
1.Extract FlatPlat folder from archive;
2.Open File Manager with root & put FlatPlat folder to: /usr/share/themes/;
3.Choose FlatPlat theme in Window Manager;

you can make it better if added a color picker or more default colors.
Too bad it doesn't take the color of the GTK theme though!
