Description:
This is a custom theme for your os boot.

The following commands works in ubuntu derivated distros... if dont work it please make a search on google.

copy the loadlinux2 folder to usr/share/plymouth/themes
open the terminal and run the following commands

sudo ln -sf /usr/share/plymouth/themes/loadlinux2/loadlinux2.plymouth /etc/alternatives/default.plymouth
sudo update-initramfs -u

Thanks but It will be nice if posters had a little bit more information about their creations. A lot of newcomers have no idea what this is and how to use them. What is a Plymouth theme ? Which distro support that ? How does it look animated here ? Tx

Installation instructions:

  1. copy YOURTHEME folder to usr/share/plymouth/themes/YOURTHEME

  2. run in terminal:

sudo plymouth-set-default-theme YOURTHEME -R
