3 3 bad Hit 'Menu' and type 'Cust' intending to get to the custom shortcuts menu. Did you find it? If not - the thing sucks.
could you add an highlight effect on mouse hover with a custom image, please ?
the image to launch menu
10 Should this work with Plasma 5.22? I'm having issues installing it on Fedora 34? If not, any chance it will be updated - I would love to have this instead of the default application launcher.
I am using it with 5.22 without issues. What is the error you see?
I don't see any error - I try to add the widget directly from file but nothing happens and Excalibur doesn't show up anywhere, can't select it as an application launcher er even a desktop widget. Should I be placing it somewhere specific manually?
OK, got it working. Took two times to DL directly through the "Widgets" tool and now it works - no idea what went wrong on the first DL or the direct install but finally it went through.
9 Please make it possible to open the menu instead of favorites to open the latest applications.
10 :)
10 There has to be a way to save settings persistently
This reminds me of the time when we did KBFX - seems to be very similiar - I am dying of nostalgy here
Though using it shows an early state of kbfx usability

7 I just tried installing it again, this time using ocs-url, and it worked. I too wish it cold be resized and that there was a configuration option to move the categories to the left pane and the apps to the right like Whisker Menu has, then this would be a perfect menu for those of us coming to KDE from Xfce.
The only thing that I would ask is that the developers make it resizable (like the whisker menu)...otherwise it rocks!

Man, if there was a way to make the menu taller I would absolutely be using this with no questions asked. I don't like having recent applications or recent documents, and when I disable those the menu gets shorter since those entries are gone. Too short.
...and I'm using kernel 5.6.0-2.
I'm getting the same error as everyone else. I've installed qml-module-qt-labs-platform version 5.11.3 and rebooted. I have Plasma 5.14.5.
Hello everybody, i've the same problem on Manjaro 5.6.0 and others kernels. Error loading QML file: fille:///home/manon/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.excalibur/contents/ui/main.qml:84:9: Cannot assign to no-existent property "showAllSubtree" I've installed and tried the twice with the same error.
Hey Guys, Anybody have a solution for stock Kubuntu 18.04.3 running KDE Plasma 5.12.9 for the error message: Error loading QML file: ~/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.excalibur/contents/ui/main.qml:84:9: Cannot assign to non-existent property "showAllSubtree" I had this running on Neon with KDE Plasma 5.14.0 I've installed the p59_p511 version. I really want to get this working. Thanks!
