I have one I made a while ago here: https://www.adhackrz.com/2017/03/breeze-dark-telegram-destkop-theme/ It's not perfect, but I like it better than this one.
Yours does seem to work better...cheers!
I can not install it. The file is downloaded as .bin file. Any suggestion?
The buttons (edit button for example) show white background.
