Update 2016-11-13
Finally added option to manage icons for specific applications like it was in original program. Unfortunately app icons itself is quite outdated and I can't restore all original themes since I'm not using this apps. But I hope that anyone who engaged will be able to make a theme for the preferred application by himself following the github wiki.
Note: If you are using git for updating theme from previous version you should reset user config since some new settings was added.

You are using the wrong icon name for Chromium. You should change it from "chromium-browser" to "chromium". In the icon name for Thunar is a misstake. You named it with a large "t" at the beginning, I think it should be a small one.
Thanks for report. I check it with Xubuntu 16.04 and can say that "chromium-browser" and "Thunar" are correct names. Of course, it can be changed in other distro because of maintainer team or application version. Can you please check desktop files ("icon" option to be exact) for mentioned applications? Usually its location is "/usr/share/applications". If you can confirm that icon names "chromium" and "thunar" are really used by your OS, then I will add this names as new links.
I use Archlinux. The maintainer uses chromium for the icon name. The Thunar Icon is right, because it was a misstake in my own configuration. So sorry, that was may fault.
Ok, 'chromium' named link was added to pack, you can check updated version on github.
Hi there,I'm using Linux only for a few days and still can't understand some things about terminology. Can you explain to me (the easy way,if it is possible) how to change the colors?
Hi. You should do several things: * Install (just copy to be exact) ACYLS theme to your system. * Launch configuration program and make color changes. * Select ACYLS as icons theme for your DE. At what step do you have trouble? Also, visit github page, its readme and wiki may be useful.
I have installed ACYLS theme to my .icons folder and they look nice and gray :D , but I don't know how to run configuration program
Try to run in terminal "python3 ~/.icons/ACYLS/scripts/run.py"
