Was messing around in GIMP with this for a while now, and only because I wasn't happy with the initial look of it. Was too plain looking in the beginning. I tried taking the logo and skewing it at an angle in the lower right hand corner.....didn't like it. So it was at first, just the wavy lines in the background. Then I came across some Photoshop brushes, and absolutely loved them. So I loaded them into GIMP and this is the result.
