Thanks for moving it, and great screenshot. The only thing I don't like is the gold ball in the middle. I'd like something less intrusive... but then, that's easy to fix ;-)
how's that? I built slicker a few days ago, and, from what i see and i'm told, the menu holding part (aka "slider" the thing on the upper-left) code isn't even there...
Is that some karamba fooling too?
Yup, the top left thing is Karamba. I'm only using two cards from Slicker at the moment (the ones top right, to the left of the CPU/MEM monitors).
I'm very much looking forward to slicker's taskbar being able to be on the bottom of the screen to replace Kicker's... =)

BTW, how did you get Slicker? I thought it was still under development... or am I just in the dust?

It's pre-alpha, but you can get it via CVS... they have installation instructions at:
slicker.sourceforge.net/install.txt I think... if that doesn't work, its in their documentation/faq somewhere.
I modified the source of mine though to make the tabs darker instead of light grey.

Errr... yeah... I originally had it as that... I must have accidently changed it or something when I was editting some stuff. Sorry about that.

the top left hand thing on this screen shot is a Karamba thing. the slider in slicker isn't made yet, thats why it's still pre alpha

I REALLY like it, very nice use of color and art and font. This is the first I've liked in awhile that isnt acqua like!
