Kabal is a notification server, like notify-osd, knotify and colibri. It is written using Qt and QML. It should work well with any desktop environment.

So far it supports:
- Notification actions (buttons)
- Multi-screen, one notification widget per screen
- You can disable non critical notifications (i.e. offline mode)
