Description: Open source software for EPE IC Tester, device which allows to test TTL and CMOS logic chips. It consists of GUI version and command-line tools, which allow to work in batch mode. Features: - GUI and command line version, - Single and repetitive testing, - Step-by-step testing and visualization of current logic states during test, - Displaying the easiest power configurations with DIP switches and wires, if DIP witches are not sufficient. - Editing own power DIP switches configurations - Full compatibility with original MOD test scripts, - Editing test scripts using GUI, - Ignoring specific pins during test, - ROM/PROM/EPROM reader and tester, - Editing ROM/PROM/EPROM models using GUI, - (EXPERIMENTAL!) IC identification tool, - (Command-line) Testing 2114 and 6116 SRAM chips. - Successfully tested with hardware serial ports as well as PL2303 USB-to-serial adapter. - Source code has tester interfacing routines separated, so it allows to easily make own programs for e.g. using tester as 24-channel digital I/O interface.
