I have build from it a Pisi Package it is now available for Pisi Linux.
Installing can all User it in Pisi Linux with this command:
sudo pisi bi https://github.com/pisilinux/playground/raw/master/groni/phototonic/pspec.xml

Please ensure, that you have installed the package libexiv2-devel or libexiv2-dev.
