AmyEdit is a lightweight gtkmm LaTeX Editor AmyEdit is an easy to use LaTeX editor. Its design focuses on remaining lightweight and as easy to use as possible. It is written in c++ using gtkmm and features tabbed editing, word count, syntax highlighting, undo-redo, spell check, integration with the LaTeX compiler/viewer of your choice (defaults to pdflatex and xpdf) a Paned View for command output and the creation of templates.
