A highly customizable, extensible python ide with a clean and simple interface, written in wxPython. DrPython was inspired by DrScheme, and has grown into a solid editor/ide. It was written in python, using wxpython and scintilla.

It runs anywhere wxPython runs (Gtk on Linux).

DrPython has scripting support, and easy access to commands via customizable shortcuts, toolbar, and right click pop up menu.

Plugins provide further functionality (such as a debugger, Find and Replace in Files, Calltips/AutoComplete etc).
