A world clock panel applet displaying time and weather for any location. An applet for the Gnome panel that displays the time, weather and conditions in a location of your choosing.


Written in Python to demonstrate the potential of Python as a prototyping language.


I wanted to be able to translate times on Bugzillas and fora to local time. and it seemed like a fun little project. It's also useful if your family or colleagues are in another timezone from where you are, to know if it's OK to call them.
