A personal desktop wiki applet for the GNOME desktop environment. Newton requires no web server (and therefore is not shared) to use. Just add the applet to your panel and it is ready to use. You make notes using a simple wiki markup, and the program renders the resulting HTML in an embedded gecko widget.
