Description: Qucs provides a GUI based on Qt for setting up electronical circuits and a simulator, which is able to simulate the small- and large signal and noise behaviour of microwave circuits. Pure digital simulations can be performed via VHDL. The results can be shown on a presentation page in different formats (rectangular, polar, smith, tabular, 3D rectangular etc.).
Finally a powerful open source simulation tool for microwave circuits. The MSL models gave very good results compared with measurements, i.e. the models are quite accurate!
Some improvement in the documentation would be nice (I'll suggest some), but the program can be used intuitive, great!

desktop files a easy to write... you should look at http://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/latest/apa.html and try to provide one.
Yes, thank you very much!
this app is just great - thank You very much. I'll try to post a news about it on the university page
