i wonder how you changed the azureus icon in the taskbar. I mean, where is it located? :-)
Because originally the frog has an ugly white background... (amule also).

when you reload the programm(s), the icon bg adjust automatically to the current color scheme... maybe reloading the tray-part (of the kde kicker) do the job as well :)
