First I guess it's broken due to probems with the qt snapshot and my freetype lib.... There's also no antialiasing for truetype fonts available atm... (SuSE 8.2)
And the entry for the shadow of desktop fonts was moved to another config-file and I don't know exactly what it was...

How about the possibility to tear off menues in the K-Menue? I think I saw that in KDE 3.0.1. Will this nice little feature be part of KDE 3.2 again?
KDE CVS is really shaping up to impress the hell out of me.
two Qs:
1) Is it possable to remove that background tile from the Kicker menu button (The K)?
2) What are those icons? Are they the red hat ones ones or do they come with kde?

I heard they got the "windows key" to work???

You can remove the tile from the 'k'-menu... It's even not there by default I'm using the 'nuvola' icon theme http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=5358
